The woman in the office I spoke to was very nice and was able to send someone out to my house to look at my garage door within a few hours, which was great since my car was trapped in the garage! My Technician Chase was very polite and helpful, recommending additional parts that should be repaired or replaced due to age but, understanding our budget, he explained the urgency of each so we could choose what to move forward with. He didn’t have all the parts he needed to repair every today, but he opened the door so I could free my car, did the work he could today, and I’m confident when they come back to finish the job it will be done well.
